Affiliate terms and conditions

Anyone can apply. We review every application by hand and reply within two business days. Approval is at our discretion and we are not required to give a reason. Applying does not create a partnership until we approve you.

You apply for yourself or for a company you are entitled to represent. One person or company holds one partner account. Referring yourself does not earn commission.

• Direct commission. 30% of each payment, for up to 12 months per customer.
• Second-tier commission. 5% of the original sale generated by an affiliate you introduced. They keep their full 30%.
• Attribution window. 60 days, first click.
• Refunds. Refunded payments from referred customers. The related commission is reversed.

Second-tier commission only applies if that right has been granted to your account. It is not part of the standard partnership.

• Payout terms. NET-30: commissions from month X are paid on the 30th of month X+1.
• Payout threshold. The $50 minimum before a payout is made. Smaller balances roll over to the next payout run.
• Pending. Commission that is created but not yet approved. Commissions are approved after the refund window.

All dates and payout periods are counted in Central European Time, the same time zone we use in the portal and in FirstPromoter. A commission created just after midnight belongs to the month it falls in there, which decides the payout run it joins.

You are responsible for everything you publish about ReadyForm. You may not:

• bid on the ReadyForm brand name or close variations in paid search
• present yourself as ReadyForm, or as an employee of ReadyForm
• promise results, prices or features that ReadyForm does not offer
• use coupon, cashback or incentive sites without written permission
• send unsolicited bulk email, or post your link where the platform does not allow it
• buy traffic, clicks or sign-ups, or refer accounts you control yourself

Where the law requires you to disclose a commercial relationship, you do so. That is your obligation, not ours, and it applies on every channel you use.

You can stop at any time and ask us to close your account. We can suspend or end a partnership if these terms are broken, if referrals turn out to be fraudulent, or if the program ends.

We record which version of these terms you accepted and when. If we change them in a way that affects your commission or your payouts, we tell you by email before the change takes effect.
